A person intending to file for candidacy for the office of Director of the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District is required to to submit a completed Application for a Place on the Ballot for a General Election with the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District at 2805 N. Navarro St., Suite 210, Victoria, Texas 77901 during August of the year of the election. A candidate must be a registered voter who has resided in the precinct for 6 months and in the state for one year.
