The Board of Directors typically meets on the third Friday of the first month of each quarter of the year at 9:00 AM at 2805 N. Navarro St. Ste 210, Victoria, Texas 77901. Note: special meetings of the Board of Directors may be scheduled during interim periods between scheduled meetings.
