Effective September 30, 2024, the administrative offices of the Calhoun County Groundwater Conservation District, the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District, and the Texana Groundwater Conservation District will be consolidated with the administrative offices of the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District in Victoria, Texas.
Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
