Due to the freezing weather forecasted and its potential impact on road conditions, the consolidated offices of the Calhoun County Groundwater Conservation District, the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District, the Texana Groundwater Conservation District, and the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.  

The offices will reopen on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 8:00 AM.
